Hayley is an excellent classroom practitioner with eleven years of experience teaching across the primary age range and handles a range of roles including Class Teacher, Phase Leader and Assistant Head-teacher.  During her tenure as an Assistant Head-teacher, she effectively led many key areas throughout the school including English, The Creative Curriculum Assessment, Safeguarding and Health & Safety.  She is enthusiastic with carrying out individual tutoring and mentoring across the school for both academic and pastoral needs with a high success rate.  

Hayley has developed the skills of teaching English online since the outbreak of Covid 19.  This was an unplanned decision but a fantastic insight into online learning whereby Hayley is happy to give online teaching as a new role.
