General

When you register, you are required to provide your information that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your information change, you may change it online or notify us through email. The account password should be in unique and keep secure. Any breach of security or unauthorized uses of your account, please notify us immediately.

 

Payment

We also accept payments via Paypal. Even if you do not have an account with Paypal, you may pay for your purchases with your Credit/Debit cards via Paypal. In addition, we will take reasonable care, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any date you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

Payment schedule: The course fees must be paid before the class commences.

 

Technology Requirements

All ONLINE students must have the following technology in working condition

1. Computer with a word processing program and the ability to open Microsoft Word or PDF files

2. High-speed internet

3. Email

4. Speaker and headphones combination

5. Webcam

6. Powerpoint

7. Printer

8. Zoom platform

 

Tuition Stopped By Tutor

If a Tutor, for any reason, has to stop tuition mid-course. Fleet Tutors will endeavour to replace that

Tutors as soon as possible, subject to availablity, in order to minimise disruption to the student’s progress.
