To this end, Mojang Studios enlist the assistance of moderators who are dedicated to maintaining Minecraft's warm and welcoming environment. This is work we've been doing for quite some time, however, we've recently added new moderation options to the Bedrock version of Minecraft that we will be rolling out in the coming months. These tools are meant to help ensure that our players are as safe as possible within Minecraft and Realms on Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Windows 10, iOS, and Android. So, what's new? Minecraft moderators may ban players who do not adhere to our Community Guidelines when they send online messages using our services (Realms) or Featured Servers. They also may ban players from communicating online through signposts and books. The content of single-player games are not controlled. Moderators currently hand out permanent bans that extend to all versions of Minecraft (except Minecraft Dungeons) to target the most serious offenses, intended to harm others.
